3. Booking and Reservations

When you make a booking with Masena Mabotu, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including passport details, dietary requirements, and any special needs. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in cancellation of your booking.

During your Zimbabwe adventure with Masena Mabotu, you must follow all local laws and regulations and respect the natural environment and local communities.

Your participation in our Zimbabwe travel services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Masena Mabotu be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in our Zimbabwe travel services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or travel delays.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Masena Mabotu harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your participation in our Zimbabwe travel services or violation of these terms.
